Daily Janitorial

We provide well trained, conscientious people to perform the routine cleaning tasks that our customers require of us. Background checks are performed on all employees and each is required to wear a uniform and photo I.D. badge. Each of our Service Associates follow a “Daily Service Checklist” that they sign and leave on the principal’s desk at week’s end. This practice provides an accountability with our employees, that all of your cleaning needs are satisfied.

“Quality Control Inspections” are made regularly to ensure that the cleaning remains at a high quality level. And, we enjoy personal visits with customers to discuss their level of satisfaction and special cleaning needs.

Carpet Cleaning

Our Truck-Mounted, Hot-Water Extraction System cleans deeply and extends carpet life. Our carpet techncians are IICRC certified.

We recommend a Carpet Maintenance Program for all of our customers to protect your investment and extend the life of the carpet.

Hard Surface Floor Care

We use specialized floor care systems to produce spectacular results for vinyl composition, ceramic, quarry and stone flooring. Our long-time relationships with local and national floor care suppliers enables us to expertly deal with potential floor problems and to properly handle technology’s new floor products.

Window Washing

Our trained and “safety conscious” window washers are experienced in a variety of techniques. We can easily satisfy your interior and exterior window washing needs.

Parking Lot Power Sweeping

Brothers is a contractor in the parking lot sweeping industry in Lane County.

We currently perform power sweeping for many shopping centers and office buildings in the Eugene-Springfield area.

Paper Products and Supplies

Brothers Cleaning Services can meet your supply needs with restroom and kitchen paper, soap and liner products. Many of these are available as “sustainable”, containing high amounts of recycled and post-consumer recycled fibers. We will be glad to meet with you to discuss your needs and wishes for these products.
